It was difficult for us to find someone to service our boiler when it stopped working. When we finally found Jake's they went out of their way to come by after hours. They made sure everything was working properly and then explained what they did. Since we just bought the house and were not familiar with boiler systems, the technicians explained the entire system to us and showed us how to trouble shoot in the future. Great experience, especially considering all the companies we spoke with before Jake's who were just awful. Keep up the good work, guys!
